1. Who we are

GroundingNodes is operated by Purva Pande. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us via the contact form or email hello@resend.groundingnodes.com.

2. Data we collect and why

Newsletter subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your first name and email address. We use this to send you our publication. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the subscription form.

Your data is stored in Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), our email delivery provider. Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Resend's privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We retain your data until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted within 30 days.

Contact form

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in managing correspondence, alongside your consent given by submitting the form.

Submissions are stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Notion's privacy policy is at notion.so/privacy.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted.

3. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (sidebar_state) that remembers whether you have the navigation panel open or closed. It contains no personal data, is not used for advertising or analytics, and expires after 7 days. No third-party cookies or tracking scripts are used on this site.

4. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter where possible.
